Instead of making the symptoms worse, we dig deep into finding out why it isn't functioning properly and make a plan to remove, replace, restore, repair, & rebalance.
Food is medicine. We work to find an alternative to the typical high saturated fat, highly processed carbohydrate, high sugar diet. My principles are to cut out refined grains, highly processed foods, sugar and focus on the nutritious quality fats, properly raised animal meats, and a variety of vegetables.
